FAQs

1. The front cover cannot be opened on the screen

Check if the wiring harness is connected. Reset the control box: Press the reset button on the main control box, release it after hearing the sound, and use the button in the trunk to close the car.

2. Tesla APP cannot control the front trunk

Open or close from the screen. You need to press the brake and open or close it through the mobile application. You need to open the Tesla APP and click the vehicle to open

3. Current and voltage

Working voltage: 9V~15V

Current: less than 5A

4. Installation time

1 hour

5. Unable to close the front cover

The front trunk lid is not pushed to the semi-locked state. It can be pushed to the semi-locked state through the APP, the central control screen or manually.

6. The front trunk opens too low

Adjust the height. After manually pushing it to the desired height, press and hold the reset button on the control box until it makes a sound, then release it.

7. After installing the front trunk, it opens normally from the screen, but cannot be closed.

Need to be reset. Press and hold the reset button on the main control box and release it after hearing the sound. Use the button inside the trunk to close the door. After closing, use the screen to open it. Then, you can use the screen to close it.

8. The front bumper opens or closes too quickly

Adjust the speed. Press and hold the reset button on the control box and listen to the sound of the horn, there are up to 5 levels.
