FAQ

It cannot close automatically?

Reason: The front cover box has not been pushed to the semi-locked position

Solution: It can be achieved through the app, central control screen, or manually pushed to the semi-locked state

Is the opening height of the front cover too low?

Solution: After manually pushing it to the desired height, press and hold the reset button on the control box. When you hear a beep, release the button

Is the front cover opening or closing too quickly?

Solution: Adjust the speed by pressing and holding the reset button on the control box, listen for the beep, with a maximum of 5 levels

Just installed the front cover; it opens fine from the screen but cannot be closed?

Solution: Perform a reset by pressing and holding the reset button on the main control box. Release it when you hear a beep. Close the door using the button inside the car trunk. After it's closed, you can use the screen to open and close it again

Opening the front cover from the screen only unlocks it; it does not pop up?

Solution: Check the ground wire and ensure the connection of the plug with the original vehicle. Reset the control box: press and hold the reset button on the main control box, release it when you hear a beep, and close the door using the button inside the trunk

Unable to control the front cover from the mobile app?

Solution: To open or close from the screen, press the brake pedal. For mobile app control, go to 'Home Controls,' then tap 'Open' on the vehicle model to activate
