Love the feeling
I bought the matte black. Really nice feeling, both with the leather and the carbon. Hansshow says it’s an original steering wheel, but it’s not marked with the Tesla logo and the holes in the back aren’t the same. Although it fits perfectly. The cable in the new steering wheel was mirrored, so it was a bit tricky installing it. The installation video didn’t show all the things you had to do, like remove the cables from the old steering wheel and insert in the new one. I had to find a Youtube video from someone else to figure it out. But the whole thing didn’t take long, max 30 min. It’s heated and it gets really hot, warmer than the original one. The little scrolling wheels works really well. Tip: Use a nut driver to loosen and tighten the screw behind the airbag. I’ve seen videos with people damaging the nut head using other kind of tools.
