Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! To protect the interests of both parties, we have established the following order cancellation policy:

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Please ensure that you submit your cancellation request via customer service or through the order management page within this time frame.

Late Cancellation and Processing Fee
If you request to cancel your order more than 24 hours but within 3 days (72 hours) after placing it, a processing fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged.
This fee covers costs incurred during order processing and logistical preparations.

Cancellations After 3 Days
Cancellation requests made more than 3 days after placing the order will not be accepted, and the order will proceed as scheduled.

If the issue is caused by the seller (such as shipping errors or product quality issues), cancellation or refund policies will be negotiated separately.

Cancellation Procedure
Please promptly contact customer service or submit a cancellation request via your account’s order page.
Once your cancellation request is accepted, we will process the refund (deducting any applicable fees) within 3 business days.

  • This policy applies only to order cancellations initiated by the customer.

  • If the cancellation is due to seller-related issues (e.g., wrong item shipped, quality concerns, etc.), refunds or compensation will be arranged separately.
