A1 – Possible reasons: • Power fuse is burned out — replace with the same type. • Microprocessor is not working properly — press the restart key. • The host plug was unplugged and not reconnected within 5 minutes — reconnect the harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep the phone and key 20m away, then check again. • Host or screen plug is loose — reconnect the console plug firmly.
Q2 – The original vehicle information is not displayed or not synchronized. A2 – The power or protocol cable may be blocked or not fully seated. Re-plug the cable and check all interfaces.
Q3 – CarPlay cannot connect after working for a while. A3 – The connection method may be incorrect or the screen software version is outdated. Reconnect Bluetooth or update the app/software. Contact service or download the latest version from the website.
Q4 – After a Tesla update, the screen stays on. A4 – System signals may be out of sync. Unplug the power cord and reconnect it.
Q5 – There is an echo during phone calls. A5 – This may be caused by signal interference.
