I have been in growing sales in all the company’s
That have employed myself, and it goes without saying
Looking after customers is of the utmost importance , in gaining trust in your product
And growing sales within your company.
Unfortunately sometimes employers take things upon themselves to push a product that will not be unsuitable for the customer but will do what it takes to remove the stock, my example is if you have. 2022 tesla stock which will no longer fit the 2023 range of cars in the y and 3 range , place it in the items for sale but miss off the fact it’s for 2021 – 2022 cars . If a customer from a country the opposite side of the world
Places a order pays in full asks will this fit my car , I am sure the company as
Successful as Hannshow who must have a pride in what you sell as the quality is at
The top end of the market
Will not take the money not reply to the customer
If the customer keeps asking still not reply
Send a Email saying your order is being made ready for dispatch
Still ignoring customer
Send email saying it has been posted
Then you send a response to the customer saying
I will have a look into it
Say no more
And expect the customer to not return product due to to re delivery cost
It all sounds like a nightmare yet this is happening within your company
and I can’t believe this is a company rule .
I just wanted to let you in on some bad practices within your company
So it can be fixed

your lack of honoring your product has me contacting the Chinese ministry of comerce, Chinese embasy, USA- district attoney to file complaints about your company selling defective equipment then not standing behind your product. You should not be the Director of Marketing position. This shows you do not care about your products nor do you care about the quality or satisfaction of the customers.
